- If you are placing an order for both custom and non-custom products, these will ship separately.

LOCAL PICKUP
- Orders can be picked up at Tramore, Co. Waterford, Ireland . If you select Local Pickup during checkout, an email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup
DOMESTIC FLAT RATE SHIPPING
- Flat rate shipping fee of 6 euros applies to orders shipping to IRELAND.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Patricia Conesa is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- We accept returns of NON CUSTOM items up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs.- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- CUSTOM and PERSONALIZED items are not refundable under any circumstances.
- In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
